August Energy Update - The Lion is Roaring

Welcome to Leo season, and the month of the Lion’s Gate portal!

Wowsers, this portal is a biggie.

If you don’t know what the Lion’s Gate is, let me explain it as simply as I can:

Between (approximately) July 26 and August 12, the Sun, the star, Sirius, and the Earth align, peaking on August 8, or 8/8. Because it happens in Leo, and the Sun rules Leo, this fiery energy fuels higher consciousness and manifestation like nothing else! The numerology is important because “8” is the number of infinity and magic. And if you didn’t know, our Sun and Sirius are Sister Stars, cosmically in a push/pull binary relationship because of their shared gravity motion.

It’s an activation of higher frequencies, a quantum leap forward, and a time for magical manifestation all at once!  

But let’s talk about the month of August overall. 

First of all, don’t panic! I know it sounds like big, scary energy, but it’s bringing some of the most profound transformation for humanity that we’ve seen yet on this rapid evolution journey, and that’s a good thing! Don’t be surprised if big things happen on the world stage during this time.

For me, it’s comparable to the energy of an eclipse, because it’s ripe for big things to fall away in our lives, and even bigger things coming in to take their place. The falling away may feel abrupt, like the floor has simply vanished from beneath your feet, but don’t forget, when something leaves your life, that’s an obstacle removed! So I see a lot of paths clearing for us by the end of August.

My soul sister and podcast partner, Wendy Lou, said she saw the MGM Lion roaring when she tuned into this energy, like he does just before a movie starts. It’s as if he was heralding something massive that will change the world as we know it, a new story, both in our individual lives and the collective reality. It really resonated with me. 

We’re going to be able to move forward in big ways during the last half of 2025. This makes sense, because we’re in a “9” year (2 + 2 + 5 = 9), and 9 signifies coming to the end of a cycle. We are definitely in a wrap-up phase this year, but also beginning to act on and create the new.

The Lion’s Gate has always brought huge shifts in my own life. Just after Lion’s Gate 2017, on August 21, there was a full solar eclipse, remember? You could buy special glasses to watch it, because it was so intense, you didn’t want to look directly at it. That special Lion’s Gate eclipse happened in the middle of the day in Colorado, and I had planned an “Eclipse Party” at my corporate job for all my coworkers. I was very much into all things esoteric, but had not fully committed to my spiritual coaching business yet, even though I was offering my coaching already. 

When it was over, I went inside, walked to my desk, looked at everything on it, and knew that something was different. I asked myself, “What are these things?” and “What do I even do for this company?”

Two hours before, I knew who I was and I loved my job, and suddenly, BAM!

I have no doubt that the Lion’s Gate portal just a few weeks before, had a hand in that monumental shift for me.

Do you remember what was happening in your life during that time? Did you experience any big shifts?

I believe this Lion’s Gate is going to be just as big, maybe even bigger for some. The energy is so empowering, it’s going to remind us how much power we have in our own lives, that we are writing our own story, and can change the story whenever, and however we want.

What do you want to change in your life? This Lion’s Gate is ready to launch you into a whole new path, if you let it, and it doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s. Create your own story from your heart this month, right now, in this time of heightened consciousness and fiery manifestation.

When Wendy Lou mentioned the MGM lion, I heard the message, “News is coming in!” I was thinking of new information, announcements being shouted from the mountaintops, and right in that moment, as I casually cut my homemade card deck in half on the desk in front of me, the card that came through was, “NEW is coming in!”

It was almost the exact words I’d heard before I saw the card! 

Not only will there be big announcements this month, but we might even experience shocking news for our lives and for the world, like a lightning bolt! It’s saying “Here’s the news you’ve been waiting for!” And it frees you! 

In the July update, we talked about the struggle of the Lightworker the past few years, especially with money and abundance, and I’m seeing this shifting in a big way this month, and for the rest of 2025! It’s the breakthrough we’ve been working for! It may feel unsettling at first, as everything falls into place, but you will be free of past limitations of lack and scarcity for good.

We had to experience it to be able to clear it for ourselves, for those we love, and from our ancestral line, but we also cleared it at the DNA level so our children and grandchildren (and beyond) will no longer carry this pattern. 

For example, my second book, “Goddess CEO” is all about the Divine Feminine path to wealth, because that was the experience that I had, feeling trapped in the masculine system and longing for a better way to create abundance. I had to go through the things I went through to be able to write that book and share that specific information. I had to experience the masculine wealth structure in my corporate job to be pushed to create my abundance on my terms, the way a true goddess does, through her divine feminine energy!

Wendy Lou wrote her book, “Parenting Through Ascension” because that was highlighted for her to go through a big shift in her parenting. She had to experience struggling with the old parenting paradigm in order to bring through a new blueprint of awakened parenting!

Whether you’re called to a stage or not, called to write a book or not, we all have important codes and information around aspects of being human that we came here to share with others, in our own unique ways. 

Ask yourself this month, what is it that YOU are bringing through? As a Lightworker, what is your Legacy Piece, your particular message or artistry that you will share with the world? What have you been presented with in your life that might be the contrast of what you’re meant to overcome and then, not only share, but create a new way for the new world? 

And this legacy piece does NOT have to be expressed in a public way. Through your words, actions, your energy, and your very aura, a.k.a. your frequency, once you are embodying that information, once you’re living it, you’re transmitting it.

Don’t stress if you’re not suret, there is an uptick in Lightworkers recognizing their Legacy Pieces. New blueprints are being anchored now every day as more and more people get to the point on their awakening journey that they are living the new blueprint they’ve brought with them. There will be new ways of living to be shared in every aspect of our human existence.

If you feel like you’re on the verge of discovering your Legacy Piece, but aren’t sure what it is, or have been resisting it, then this Lion’s Gate portal, and all of August, may just bring you to the brink, and that information will simply come through you, channeled in a way that can no longer be denied or hidden.

And even your Legacy Piece isn’t the end. You’re not done once you’re embodying, living, and sharing your blueprint, not by a longshot! It will simply open the door to more and more abundance, more and more clarity, and more and more adventure, more and more people, places and things to love.

Ooh, let’s talk about LOVE…

It makes sense, don’t you think, that as we balance the feminine and masculine within, as we find that perfect yin/yang relationship inside ourselves, that it would manifest in the physical as well? I mean, isn’t that the whole point?

Now, I can’t speak for everyone, but there are many Lightworkers who are on the path of Divine Union, not just within, but also without. They are meant to come together with a soul who complements them in every way, the puzzle piece that fits perfectly into their own, not with the energy of “completing” them, but more the energy of a joint mission that can now be activated because of the frequency each soul has risen to. It is two balanced beings joining forces to embody the feminine/masculine balance as a team, and to take their Ascension journey, and their missions, to the next level…together.

You can also have a higher-level joint mission with someone that is not romantic. Wendy Lou and I are a perfect example of this, two souls who complement each other and work together to get their own Legacy Pieces, as well as a joint Legacy, out to the world.

You can even have both a romantic divine partner, and one (or even more) platonic divine partners! Remember, this is an AND Universe, not an OR!

Wendy Lou and I decided to pull some cards around this new message for August, and the first card out of my homemade deck was “Destiny!” I mean, do I even need to elaborate?

The second card was “Eternal Flame!” Okay, Universe, we’re listening!

The third was “Soulmate!” and one more…

“Abundance!”

Wendy Lou also pulled one that said, “Infinite Abundance,” so that’s definitely coming through in a big way this month. Then, she pulled “Passion and Pleasure!”

You can’t make this stuff up, kids.

I was so excited, I kept going, and pulled, “Romance,” and “4 months!” So, if you’re looking for that divine partner, pay attention to that timeline. And as always, please remember to take what resonates and leave the rest.

If you’re skeptical of the whole Divine Union thing, I want to remind you that there have been Divine Soul Partners with big missions for thousands of years, Jesus and Mary Magdalene, Isis and Osiris, being very well-known dynamic duos! As Lightworkers, it will be through the Divine Partnerships, a Divine Feminine AND a Divine Masculine together in harmony, that we will share some of the most important new blueprints for humanity.

The next message that came through was around the possible origins of lack and scarcity, even poverty, for Lightworkers in this life. In so many spiritual lifetimes monks and religious leaders were expected to take a vow of poverty, and that carried on through clergy members in organized religion, and still exists today. 

You are no longer being asked to sacrifice creature comforts to follow your soul calling. In fact, we as a lightworker collective we are healing that lack mentality, and clearing it from our template once and for all.

As Lightworkers, we often seem to experience more profound lack in our lives than others. This is that imprint, especially if you lived lifetimes as a healer or spiritual figure, or a member of pretty much any religion since then, but it’s all part of the old reality matrix. We’re allowed to have nice things, to live comfortable lives, and yes, to be incredibly wealthy. Why? Because wealth in the hands of the awakened is medicine. 

This energy of August is supporting releasing that old and outdated contract of lack, so talk to your DNA (yes, you can do that!) and ask to let go of any and all vows of poverty you made in this or any lifetime, across the multiverses!

We do this type of energy work regularly in The Goddess Society. When women come together to heal, the quantum field moves heaven and earth. This is how we activate the crystalline grid, how we allow in wealth, and align with our soul work, by the Divine Feminine lifting each other up and nurturing that raw feminine energy as a collective. And remember, everything begins with the Feminine, even birth.

This energy is bringing in so many things that I’ve been seeing and waiting for these past few years, it’s very exciting! One of the most incredible things about 2025 so far has been the sheer number of MEN who are doing their work and putting their Legacy Pieces out there in a big way now. This portal energy will see even more opening their eyes to the truth. These are the divine masculines who are on the front lines of the men awakening, after spending much-needed time (the past three years) a bit more in their feminine energy learning how to feel and heal, and it is beautiful.

Just as I was tuning into the energy of August, I had pulled a card called “Wild Feminine,” and I saw the raw creation force energy being amplified and embodied like never before. So, as the men begin the next phase of their awakening journeys, so are we awakening to our Wild Feminine and learning to bring our own inner masculine energy online. Why? To create the structure for this next level of the feminine to come through in a healthy, natural way. Remember, it’s all about that balance within first.

How do we do this, you may ask?

Masculine energy is the DOING, the ACTION, the forward MOVEMENT. So, join a coaching container, be a part of a group that gives you accountability and structure, even if it’s just you and your bestie, anything that creates a structure for this raw creation force energy to be birthed into the physical world! There is a huge uptick in creativity lately, and that will only grow this month.

Legacy Pieces are being created through this raw creation force energy, and Lightworkers are going to be dropping the lack consciousness more than ever before.

All the work we’ve done to get here is paying off, my loves. We not only deserve this abundance energy coming in, it’s part of our divine blueprint, and we’re ready to embody it now, thanks to the energy coming in this month. You may find that you're connecting with more soul family, too, and letting go of anyone who isn’t jiving with your newfound wild feminine energy!

I know the past few years, and especially the first half of 2025, have been tough. I’ve experienced them right along with you. The warped masculine structure of hustle is crumbling, and it’s making room for the new, softer, but more powerful feminine. The old rules are gone. We get to make the rules now, and bring in new, heart-centered, soul-feeding ways to live for everyone, and we get to share them the way WE want, in a raw, wild, feminine way, but with a beautiful masculine structure to manifest them into the world. 

Nothing stands in our way now. 

What will you create? What are you being called to do, to bring into the world? What things that you do now can you connect and combine in your life to make a bigger impact? What have you learned from someone else that you can develop and expand, putting your own spin on it?

It’s time to push the edges of what’s been done before, in your own family lineage, or in the world itself. Can you rip off the conditioning and push the edges further? No one in my family had ever walked away from their stable corporate job to pursue a spiritual business and life before me, and I was viewed as foolish. I pushed the edges and I never looked back!

The sky isn’t the limit, your imagination is! And with the energy of connecting to and maintaining a higher consciousness, there is no limit to what you can imagine! Allow yourself to marinate on what your Legacy Pieces’ will be. Don’t rush it, don’t force it, but when you know what it is, start to LIVE IT fully. Inspire others by example. Get it out into the world, if that’s what you’re called to do! Someone is waiting for your creation to inspire them.
